National Parkinson’s Disease Registry, Pakistan
National Parkinson’s Disease Registry, Pakistan is a national registry for Parkinson’s patients. This study will enroll patients with diagnosis of stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic). Purpose of this study is to identify risk factors, Parkinson’s types / sub types, presentation, care and outcome of these patients. Patients will be enrolled from more than 70 centers throughout country including AJ Kashmir. Target enrollment is 5000 per year over three years (2025-2028).

CONSENT:
Physicians enrolling patients from clinic will take informed consent from participants.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Only PI will have access to all data. Data will be kept confidential and will only be used for research.

COLLABORATION:
All collaborating centers will sign a collaboration agreement with PI

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATING CENTERS:
All participating centers/ investigators will be trained for operational definitions, data collection and research ethics including GCP (good clinical practice)
